What your agent is buying from MakaWorks

Dean Ahlgren · MakaWorks · Honolulu
Licensed Hawaii Realtor RS-85284, Keller Williams Honolulu

MakaWorks installs AI-assisted follow-up and drafting workflows inside tools the agent already owns: their Gmail, their calendar, their CRM. It is a setup-and-training service, not a software platform your agent's client data flows through. This page states exactly where the lines are, so you can check them against your policies.

What the systems do

  • Draft follow-up emails, CRM notes, and listing marketing copy for the agent's review
  • Track open leads and next actions in a daily briefing
  • Turn open-house sign-ins and voice notes into CRM records and drafted follow-ups
  • Summarize long threads and organize the inbox

What they never do

  • Nothing sends automatically. Every message, post, and listing draft requires the agent's explicit approval. There is no configuration that sends on its own.
  • No contracts, no legal interpretation, no pricing advice. Judgment stays with the agent and their broker.
  • No tenant screening, no targeting of people by protected characteristics. Excluded by written policy.

Where the compliance checks sit

  • Every marketing draft is checked against a written rubric before the agent sees it: unsupported claims, fair-housing language, required brokerage identification
  • Each workflow ships with a one-page human-review checklist the agent signs off on in training
  • Market reporting uses data the agent pulls from their own MLS access, inside data-license rules; no credential sharing

Ownership and access

  • All accounts, prompts, and templates are in the agent's name from day one
  • No client data is copied to MakaWorks systems; workflows use business-grade AI settings
  • MakaWorks access revokes with one click; the agent keeps everything
  • The agent's existing email and automations are left untouched; no rules change without approval
